History
and Experience
ManCo Real Estate Management's original name was
Rastikis-Richards Rental Properties who started buying,
selling, and managing its own real estate in 1976.
In June of 1985, Rastikis-Richards decided to
separate its responsibilities and functions by means of
incorporating its property management arm and retaining its
real estate development arm in partnership. Hence, in June
of 1985, ManCo Real Estate Management, Inc. got its
start. In 1989, ManCo took the next step and became a
licensed real estate brokerage firm.
Since then, we have acquired much experience and
knowledge about the property management business. We have
also developed excellent track records with our clients,
tenants, suppliers, vendors, banks, community leaders, and
other professionals. Our high quality and efficient tenant
screening process, collection policy, leasing efforts,
tenant retention practices, building maintenance / rehab
services and accounting / reporting systems have lead to a
well balanced and effective property management
operation. In addition to high quality operation
standards, we have learned the art of forced property
appreciation. Upgrading/ improving property and increasing
rents are the key to increasing property values. Every
company must have a game plan, and our game plan is the
ManCo Rental Formula.
ManCo Real Estate Management, Inc. has grown and
developed into a "FULL SERVICE COMPANY". Our ability to
effectively provide quality services ranging from management
to complete building services to brokerage services has
allowed us to become a "ONE - STOP SHOP"
for our clients' and customers' real estate needs.
To date, we manage for 110 clients a total of
approximately 350 rental units and employ a staff of 10.
